I called on a Sunday at 8:15 a.m. with a sewer blockage. No phone tag, a real person answered on the first call. A technician was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem very promptly. Extremely pleased with the service provided, and the fact that someone came so quickly on the weekend.

Our water heater was leaking and these guys came out and fixed it the same day, by noon! David was our tech; he was fantastic. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you have a plumbing problem.

Ted Herring · Google review

Got an inspection done by them and they were so kind, so informative, and very transparent about what issues we had and what it would cost to repair. I'd recommend these people to anyone and everyone!

Questions

Questions we hear a lot.

Or call (254) 757-0191 and ask us.

Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

Yes. Mike Staas Services is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (254) 757-0191 whenever the problem starts.

Are estimates free?

Estimates on installations are free. For a repair, ask when you call.

What is a camera scope?

A small camera on a cable goes down your sewer line. The tech sees the clog, the roots or the break on a screen instead of guessing.

Do you work on businesses too?

On the AC side, yes. The crew handles homes and commercial buildings, including rooftop, split and ductless systems.

What is the Comfort Club?

It is a service contract. Members get scheduled maintenance and preferred service after hours. Ask the office what it covers.

What can I do before the tech arrives?

Find your main water shut-off today, so you can close it fast if a pipe lets go. And change your AC filter every month.
